| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血液透析（HD）与血液灌流（HP）联合治疗尿毒症的，临床效果。方法：选择维持血液透析的患者36例，随机分为观察组36例（HD＋HP），对照组36例（HD），治疗6个月后观察两组治疗效果及相关指标。结果：观察组治疗后睡眠及皮肤瘙痒明显改善，甲状旁腺激素、血β2微球蛋白、血磷、钙磷乘积明显降低，与治疗前比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。而对照组治疗前后无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effect of hemodialysis （HD） with hemoperfusion （HP） on the therapy of uremia. Methods：Choose 72 patients with hemodialysis, Randomly divide them into observation group （36 cases） （HD＋ HP） and control group of 36 patients （HD）, After treating for 6 months, treatment effect and related indicators were observed. Results： Significant im- provement was observed in the observe group sleep and skin itching, Parathyroid hormone,Serum 132 microglobulin. Hyperphos- phatemia, Calcium-phosphorus product were significantly lower, compared with before. With a statistically significant difference（P 〈0.05）, but the difference of the control group was not remarkable（P〉0.05）. Conclusion ： The method of hemodialysis combined hemoperfusion in the treatment of uremia is Safe and effective. |
