竹节参对MC3T3-E1成骨样细胞增殖与分化的影响

目的：研究竹节参不同提取物对体外培养成骨样细胞（MC3T3-E1）增殖、分化作用的影响。方法：采用MC3T3-E1细胞为体外药物筛选的细胞模型，用MTT法测定药物对成骨细胞的增殖作用，碱性磷酸酶（ALP）试剂盒测定ALP的活性，考察竹节参不同提取物对MC3T3-E1细胞增殖、分化作用的影响。结果：10^-1mg／mL的竹节参水提物和10^-4mg／mL的95％乙醇提取物能显著促进MC3T3-E1细胞的增殖和分化（P〈0．05）。结论：一定浓度的竹节参水提物和95％乙醇提取物能显著促进MC3T3-E1细胞的增殖和分化，该药物具有开发抗骨质疏松药物的潜力。

Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Panax Japonicus on Promoting the Proliferation,Differentiation of MC3T3-E1 Cells

Objective：To study the effects of different extracts of Panax japonieus on the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblastic MC3T3-E1 cells. Methods： Osteoblast cell line MC3T3-E1 was used as a cell model for screening potency of Panax japoni cus. MTT was applied to determine the proliferation promoted by aqueous and 95% ethanol extracts at different doses in MC3T3-E1 cells. Differentiating effects of the two extracts with different concentrations were also evaluated through the examinations of alkali phosphate （ALP） activities. Results ： The 10^-1 mg/mL of the aqueous extracts and 10 ^-4mg/mL of 95 % ethanol extracts could significantly promote the proliferation and differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells. Conclusion： A certain concentration of aqueous extracts and 95 % ethanol extracts of Panax japonicus could significantly promote the proliferation and differentiation of MC3T3-EI. This herb could be developed into a new drug for treatment of osteoporosis .
