180例肝病患者胆碱酯酶及前白蛋白测定结果分析

目的:分析胆碱酯酶及前白蛋白测定对肝病患者的临床价值。方法:选取150例肝病患者作为研究组,并选取50例志愿者作为对照组,检测胆碱酯酶及前白蛋白。结果:与对照组比较,各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);除急性乙型肝炎组的前白蛋白阳性检测率较低外,其它各组患者阳性检测率均较高。结论:胆碱酯酶及前白蛋白检测对肝病患者的临床诊断具有较好的应用价值。

The Analysis of Cholinesterase and Prealbumin of 180 Cases of Liver Disease

Objective：To analyze the clinical value of cholinesterase and prealbumin determination for patients with liver disease Methods： 150 patients with liver diseases were chosed as the research group, and other 50 healthy volunteers were select as the con trol group, the cholinesterase and prealbumin were determined. Results：Compared with the control group, all indicators had statis tieally significant difference（ P 〈0.05） ; Apart from the group of acute hepatitis B, the serum total bile acids and prealbumin posi rive detection rate of other groups were low and the positive test rates of other groups were higher. Conclusion ： The test of cholin esterase and prealbumin detection of liver disease in patients with clinical diagnosis has a good application value.
