HPLC—ELSD法测定椰露止咳合剂中浙贝母含量

目的：建立浙贝母的HPLC—ELSD含量测定方法，完善椰露止咳合剂的质量标准。方法：采用HPLC—ELSD法测定贝母素甲、贝母素乙的含量。色谱柱：Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18柱；流动相：乙睛-0．1％二乙胺溶液（70：30）；流速：1．0mL／min；检测器：蒸发光散射检测器。结果：贝母素甲在0．101～2．513g范围内呈良好线性关系（r=0．9994），平均加样回收率为98．80%（n=9）；贝母素乙在0．050～1．998g范围内呈良好线性关系（r=0．9990），平均加样回收率为97．6％（n=9）。结论：该方法操作简单、重现性好、结果准确可靠，可用于椰露止咳合剂的质量控制。

Determination of Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii in Yeluzhike Mixture by HPLC-ELSD

Objective ： Methods ： To study the quality standard of Yeluzhike Mixture and establish a HPLC-ELSD method for determining Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii. Results ： HPLC-ELSD method was established for the determination of Peimine and Peiminine. The Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column was used with the evaporative light scattering detector for detection, acetonitrile-0.1 % diethyb amine （70 ： 30） as the mobile phase and the flow rate of 1.0mL/min. Peimine in 0. 101-2. 513g within the scope of a good linear relationship （r= 0. 9994）, the average recovery rate was 98.8 % （n= 9） ; Peiminine in 0. 050- 1. 998g range showed a good linear relationship（r = 0.9990）, the average recovery rate was 97.6 % （n = 9 ）. Conclusion ： The method was convenient, reproducible, relia- ble, and suitable for quality control of Yeluzhike Mixture.
