沐舒坦雾化吸入联合咳喘贴治疗婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎疗效观察

目的:探讨沐舒坦雾化吸入联合咳喘贴治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的疗效。方法:选取480例小儿喘息性支气管炎患者,按随机分配原则分为观察组和对照组,每组各240例。对照组予以沐舒坦治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用咳喘贴。用药2周后,评价两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组的总有效率为93.75%,对照组的总有效率为81.25%,观察组的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组的咳嗽消失时间、气喘消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间和湿啰音消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:沐舒坦雾化吸入联合咳喘贴治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎疗效显著,安全有效,具有临床推广价值。

Observation of the Curative Effects of Mucosolvan Aerosol Inhalation and Kechuan Plaster Combination in the Treatment of Children Asthmatic Bronchitis

Objective： To discuss the observation of the curative effects of Mucosolvan aerosol inhalation and Kechuan Plaster com- bination in the treatment of children asthmatic bronchitis. Methods： We selected 480 children asthmatic bronchitis patients in our hospital and divided the patients into observation group and control group by random grouping method, with 240 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given Mucosolvan, and those in the observation group were given Kechuan Plaster additionally on the basis of control group. After 4 weeks of medication, we evaluated the therapeutic effects of two groups. Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 93.75%, and that of control group was 81.25%, so the curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group, showing significant difference （P〈0.01）. The time of cough, asthma, wheeze and moist rale ＇s disappearace in the observation group was significantly earlier than that of the control group, showing significant difference （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion ：Combination of Mucosolvan aerosol inhalation and Kechuan Plaster has significant curative effects in the treatment of children asthmatic bronchitis, which is safe and effective, worthy of clinical promotion.
