| 摘 要： | 目的：研究黄葵胶囊的有效成分，测定黄葵胶囊中金丝桃苷含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为DiamonsilTM ODS-C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈-0．2％磷酸溶液（14：86）；检测波长：360nm；流速：1．0mL／min进样量：10μL；柱温：30℃。结果：四批样品中，金丝桃苷在黄葵胶囊中的平均含量为13．76％，RSD为2．34％（小于5％）。结论：该测定方法稳定、可靠，可用于黄葵胶囊中金丝桃苷含量的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective： To find out the active ingredient of Huangkui Capsule and determine of the content of Hyperoside in the Huangkui Capsule. Methods ： HPLC, column DiamonsilTM ODS-C18 （4.6mm×250mm,5μm） ; Mobile phase ： aeetonitrile -0.2 phosphoric acid solution （14：86） ;Detection wavelength： 360 nm; flow rate： 1.0 mL / min;Injection volume： 10μL,Column temperature： 30℃. Results：In the four batches of samples , the average content of Hyperoside in Huangkui Capsule is 13.76 %, and RSD was 34 % （less than 5 %）. Conclusion：The method is stable and reliable and can be used for the content determination of Hyperoside in Huangkui Capsule . |
