中医养生法对社区高尿酸血症人群干预效果研究

目的：探讨中医养生法干预对社区高尿酸血症人群尿酸代谢的影响。方法：将社区高尿酸血症患者80例随机分为实验组和对照组各40例，实验组给予中医养生学知识指导，包括中医辨证食疗、运动养生、情志养生等方面，对照组仅给予一般饮食指导。干预1年后对两组的相关指标进行检测，评价指标改变情况。结果：随访期间两组内相比，治疗后患者的UA、有效率变化均优于治疗前（P〈0．05）；两组间相比，治疗后实验组患者的临床疗效和UA积分变化均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：中医养生法干预对社区高脂血症人群的血尿酸指标有明显改善作用。

The Study on the Effectiveness of Traditional Chinese Medical Regimen Intervention on Hyperuricemia Group in Community

Objective： To investigate the intervention of community medicine regimen hyperuricemia crowd uric acid metabolism. Methods ： Community hyperuricemia 80 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group received TCM knowledge guidance, including TCM diet, exercise regimen, emotional health and other aspects of the control group were given general dietary guidance. Intervention of the two groups after one year of relevant indicators for testing, evaluation index changed circumstances. Results： The follow-up period compared in two groups after treatment, the patient＇s UA, efficiency changes were better than before treatment （P〈0.05） ; compared between the two groups, the experimental group after treatment, the clinical efficacy and UA PTS are excellent in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.
