辨证治疗眼底出血132例

目的:通过辨证治疗132例166只眼临床分析,探求治疗眼底出血有效方法和用药规律。方法:根据临床表现分为:肝阳上亢证;阴虚火旺证;气滞血瘀证;热灼血络证;心脾两虚证5个证型。分别用天麻钩藤饮加减;知柏地黄汤加减;血府逐瘀汤加减;生蒲黄汤加减;归脾汤加减。结果:本组132例166只眼,疗程为8~99天,平均为36.6天。治愈33只眼(19.88%),好转118只眼(71.08%),无效15只眼(9.04%)。结论:辨证治疗眼底出血有促进出血吸收和提高视力的作用。

Clinical Observation for 132 Cases of Eyeground Hemorrhage Treated by Syndrome Differentiation

Objective: To explore the effective methods and regulations of medicine usage in treating eyeground hemorrhage by clinical analyzing of 166 eyeground hemorrhage in 132 cases treated by syndrome differentiation.Methods: According to clinical manifestations,cases were classified into 5 kinds of syndromes: hyperactivity of liver yang syndrome;qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome;heat scorching blood vessels syndrome;deficiency of the heart and spleen syndrome.They are treated separately with Modified Gastrodia and Urcaria Decoction;Modified Anenarrhena,Phellodendron and Rehmarinia Decoction;Modified Blood-House Stasis-Dispelling Decoction;Modified Cat-Tail Pollen Decoction and Modified Spleen-Strengthening Decoction.Results: 166 eyes in 132 cases,33 eyes were cured(19.88%),118 eyes were improved(71.08%),15 eyes were ineffective(9.04%).There was a significant difference in eyesight before and after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion: It has curative effects in promoting Absorption of eyeground hemorrhage and improving eyesight in treating eyeground hemorrhage by syndrome differentiation.
