培菲康干预新生儿黄疸的临床研究

目的探讨口服培菲康干预新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法单纯随机抽样,将2003年10月～2004年3月在我院妇产科分娩的正常足月新生儿136例,分为服药组和对照组,两组都于生后半小时内开始喂奶,服药组口服培菲康胶囊,半粒/次,3次/d,用至黄疸消退为止。结果服药组与对照组两组新生儿经皮测胆红素水平无统计学差异,但服药组经皮测胆红素峰值均低于对照组;服药组转胎便率、无肉眼黄疸的例数、黄疸持续时间与对照组比较均有显著差异。结论培菲康可减少新生儿胆红素异常升高。

Clinical Observation of Bifico Interfering with Neonatal Jaundice

Objective:To study clinicd effect of Bifico in interfering with neonatal jaundice.Methods: 136 neonates were surveyed.All case were born from October 2003 to March 2004 in my hospital,they were randomly divided into two groups,The interference group were treated with Bifico,the control group with nothing,all the neonates in both groups were fed half an hour after birth.Results:Transdermal bilirubin level in interference group wasnt significant less than that in control group,but the peak value of transcutaneous bilirubin in interference group was less than that in control group,the transit rate of fetal feces,the cases of no visible jaundice to the naked eye,the appearance time of jaundice in interference group were significantly different with that in control group.Conclusion:Bifico can reduce neonatal jaundice.
