低分子肝素治疗不稳定性心绞痛心功能不全效果观察

目的探讨低分子肝素治疗不稳定性心绞痛心功能不全的效果。方法观察低分子肝素皮下注射治疗不稳定性心绞痛心功能不全40例的疗效,并与对照组40例进行效果对比分析。结果治疗组中心绞痛改善显效25例,好转12例,无效3例,总有效率为92.5%,心功能明显改善24例,有效14例,无效2例;对照组中心绞痛改善显效14例,好转13例,无效13例,总有效率为67.5%,心功能明显改善18例,有效12例,无效10例。两组有效率经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论低分子肝素治疗不稳定性心绞痛心功能不全疗效稳定、安全,对基层医院进行药物治疗不稳定性心绞痛提供了参考依据。

Observation on the Curative Effect of Low Molecule Heparin on Heart Failure of the Unstable Angina

Objective To explore the curative effects of low molecule heparin on heart failure of the unstable angina. Methods The curative effects of low molecule heparin with hypodermic injection on 40 heart failure cases of unstable angina were observed. The results were compared and analysed between treatment group and control group. Results In the treatment group, the totally effective rate of angina improvement was 92.5%,in which 25 cases have significant effect and 12 cases effect, and the effective rates of heart failure improvement 95%.In the control group, the totally effective rates of angina and heart failure improvement were 67.5% and 75% respectively. The difference was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The curative effect of low molecule heparin on heart failure of the unstable angina is stable and safe, so it offers referenced data for the treatment of unstable angina in the grass-roots hospital.
