摘 要: | 目的:研究还原型谷胱苷肽(GSH)对H2O2致DNA损伤的影响。方法:应用新型彗星图象分析系统以及单细胞凝胶电泳(SCGE)。结果:应用该系统检测了GSH在H2O2致DNA损伤的作用,尾长、尾重心、Olive尾矩、尾惯量、尾分布矩、尾DNA%以及尾/头比等指标与H2O2浓度存在明显的剂量-效应关系,发现10μmol/L GSH能抑制H2O2的DNA断裂能力。结论:GSH有抑制H2O2致DNA损伤的作用,活性氧是DNA损伤的重要原因。

Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of GSH on DNA damage due to H 2O 2.Methods:Single cell gel electrophoresis was used. Results:Inhibition from GSH to damage on single strand DNA of H 2O 2 in peripheral lymphocyte was detected.There were dose-response relationship between H 2O 2 and indexes including length of tail,tail mean,tail Olive moment,tail inertia,tail distributed moment,tail DNA percentage and ratio of tail/head.Conclusion:GSH could inhibit damage on DNA due to H 2O 2.It suggested ROS can induce DNA damage. |
