4种诊断X射线剂量仪能量响应的比较

摘    要:目的 对常用的几种进口和国产的医用诊断X射线剂量仪的能量响应特性进行比较研究。方法在标准X射线辐射场中采用替代法完成剂量测量。结果国产RD-98诊断剂量仪与进口剂量仪能量响应性能均符合IEC要求。结论半导体探测器的诊断剂量仪与空气电离室剂量仪具有相同的能响变化范围。

Abstract:Objective To compare the energy response of four types of diagnostic dosimeters, including home-made RD-98 and imported SOLIDOS R-400, DIADOS, RADCAL-9010 from Sweden, Germany and USA,respectively. Methods The substitute method in the standard beams of X-ray diagnostic imaging of Beijing SSDL was adopted for the comparison. Result The experiments showed that all of the diagnostic dosimeters met the IEC requirements for energy response. Conclusion The diagnostic dosimeter with a semi-conductor detector has the same characteristics of energy response as that with an ionizing chamber.;
