| 摘 要： | 目的观察22例老年急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者rt—PA(组织型纤溶酶原激活物)溶栓治疗的疗效。方法先采用rt—PA8mg静注，然后以42mg加入100ml盐水中静滴30分钟。结果发病在6h以内的老年AMI病人溶栓再通率为68．2％，溶栓组与未溶栓组病死率分别为13．6％、27．8％，有统计学差异。结论对发病在6h以内无溶栓禁忌症的老年AMI患者以50mgrt—PA静滴溶栓治疗安全有效，可减少死亡率，改善预后，无严重并发症发生，经严密观察可积极应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate therapy effects of thrombolytic therapy by using rt PA in 22 cases elder patients with acute myocardial infarction Methods First introvenous injected rt PA 8 mg,and then added rt PA 42 mg into normal saline to intravenous drip for 30 minutes Results The clinical repatency rate was 68 2% in elder patients with AMI in 6 hours,while the mortality was 13 6% in patients treated with venous thrombolysis and 27 8% in patients only conventional treatment,and the difference had statistics significance Conclusions The venuous thrombolysis therapy can lower the mortality and improve the prognosis in elder patients with acute myocardiai infarction in 6 hours,and it is safe |
