胃神经鞘瘤的CT诊断

目的 探讨胃神经鞘瘤的CT表现及其诊断价值。资料与方法 对8例经手术病理证实，CT资料完整的胃神经鞘瘤结合文献进行回顾性分析。8例均行CT平扫，6例增强扫描。结果 胃底2例，胃体小弯侧4例．胃窦部2例。CT表现主要包括3种类型；局灶性结节或肿块型(4例)；胃壁局限增厚型(2例)；巨块型(2例)。结论 CT能较准确地显示肿瘤形态、部位、内部结构及与邻近结构的关系，正确辨认胃神经鞘瘤主要CT表现类型，结合增强表现，对部分病例可作出提示性诊断。

Evaluation of CT Scanning in Diagnosing Gastric Schwannoma

Objective To study the CT findings of gastric schwannoma and evaluate the value of CT in the diagnosis. Materials and Methods A retrospective analysis was made on CT imaging of 8 patients with pathologically proved gastric schwannoma. Plain CT scanning was performed in all patients, additional enhanced CT scanning was carried out in 6 cases.Results Fundus ventriculi was found in 2 cases, curvatura ventriculi minor in 4 cases, pars pylorica in 2 cases. On CT images, three types were mainly seen: Localized mass type (n=4), localized thickening of gastric wall type (n=2), and huge mass type (n=2). Conclusion CT could accurately demonstrate the appearances, location, and internal structure. Localized mass type, localized thickening of gastric wall type and huge mass type are three main patterns on CT scans. Suggestive diagnosis can be made in some patients with enhanced CT images.
