速度向量成像技术评价阿霉素致兔早期左心室收缩功能损害的研究

摘    要:目的探讨速度向量成像(VVI)技术在评价阿霉素致兔早期左心室收缩功能损害中的应用价值。方法把新西兰纯种白兔41只随机分成4组:A组9只,作为对照组,注射生理盐水2ml/kg,每周1次,共8周;B组10只,注射阿霉素2ms/kg,以生理盐水稀释成1ms/ml耳缘静脉注射,每周1次,共2周;c组10只,给予相同剂量阿霉素4周;D组12只,给予相同剂量阿毒素8周。每组于停药后2周对兔心脏行常规超声心动图及左心室各节段纵向运动速度、应变、应变率检测。所有实验动物在完成超声检查后即刻处死,取出心脏,行心肌病理学检查。结果各组同一节段纵向心肌运动参数比较显示,与A组相比,B组应变测值差异无统计学意义,c组部分节段减低(P〈0.05),D组所有节段均减低(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);心肌运动速度、应变率、左心室射血分数及左心室缩短率仅D组较A组减低(P〈0.05)。病理结果显示从B组到D组心肌损害逐渐加重。结论VVI可无创、有效地评价阿霉素致兔早期左心室收缩功能的变化。
