| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胃肠间质瘤术后复发原因。方法：对417例胃肠间质瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：成功回访112例,复发率为66.1%（74/112）。胃食管间质瘤患者复发率高于小肠结肠间质瘤患者（55.1%vs 26.1%）,肿瘤直径≥5 cm患者复发率高于直径〈5 cm患者（67.5%vs 8.6%）。结论：胃肠间质瘤术后复发与肿瘤大小和发病部位密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the recurrence cause of GIST.Method: analysis the clinical data of 417 cases.Results: The 112 cases was follwed up successfully.The recurerce rate was 66.1%.The recurrence rate of gastroesophageal stromal was higher than the rate in intestine and colon(55.1% vs 26.1%),The recurrence rate which tumor was greater than 5 cm was also higher than the tumor which was smaller than 5 cm.Conclusion: The recurrence rate of factors are the size and the location of the tumor. |
