老年膝骨性关节炎患者关节镜术后注射玻璃酸钠的临床观察

目的探讨和分析玻璃酸钠在老年骨性关节炎关节治疗中的效果。方法将82例骨性关节炎患者随机分为对照组(n=40)和实验组(n=42),两组均行关节镜清理术,实验组关节镜清理术后2 d,关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,分别于术后1、3、12个月评估膝关节功能。结果两组病例术后1个月,治疗效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月,实验组患者主观疼痛症状较对照组减轻(P<0.05);术后12个月,两组患者主观疼痛症状及关节功能均表现出一定差异(P<0.05)。结论老年膝关节骨性关节炎关节镜清理术后关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,疼痛及关节活动度较术前均有明显改善,疗效优于单纯关节镜清理术。

Clinical observation of injecting sodium hyaluronate on elderly patients with osteoarthritis of the gerontal knees after operation of arthroscope

Objective To investigate the efficacy of sodium hyaluronate on elderly patients with osteoarthritis of the gerontal knees.Methods A total of 82 patients with osteoarthritis of knees were randomized into two groups,control group(n=40),experimental group(n=42),the two groups were operated with arthroscope.The experimental group was injected sodium hyaluronate in articular cavity after operation of arthroscope,to evaluate the function of knee in postoperative 1 month,3 months,12 months in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference after 1 month between the two groups.Painful feeling palliating of the experimental group was significant compared with the control group after 3 months.After 12 months,there were significant differences between the two groups in painful feeling and function of knee.Conclusion Intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate after operation of arthroscope in osteoarthrites of the gerontal knees,can improve the painful feeling and function of knee,and the curative effect is better than operated arthroscope.
