热毒宁注射液辅助治疗重症肺炎的临床研究

目的观察热毒宁注射液治疗重症肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法 64例重症肺炎患者随机分为治疗组(33例)、对照组(31例)。两组患者均常规给予抗生素、化痰、扩张气道及营养支持治疗,必要时行无创或有创性机械辅助通气或血管活性药物治疗。治疗组在上述常规治疗基础上予热毒宁注射液20 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL静滴,1次/d。疗程为7～10 d。结果治疗后,两组体温(T)、呼吸频率(RR)、氧分压(PaO2)、氧合指数(PaO2/FiO2)等均明显改善。治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为90.90%、70.96%(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液辅助治疗重症肺炎疗效良好,可降低死亡率,且安全性高。

Study on adjuvant therapy of reduning injection for severe pneumonia

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of reduning injection treatment for severe pneumonia.Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=33) and control group(n=31).All the patients were given conventional treatment,and reduning injection was added to treatment group,once daily.The treatment period was 7～10 d.Results The temperature,RR,PaO2 and oxygenation index of the two groups were improved significantly after treatment.The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 90.90% and 70.96% respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant therapy of reduning injection is good and safe,and it can reduce mortality for treating severe pneumonia.
