不同浓度罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼用于产妇硬膜外自控镇痛的效果评价

目的探讨不同浓度罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼用于产妇硬膜外自控镇痛的临床疗效。方法将200例拟行硬膜外自控镇痛分娩的产妇随机分为4组,每组50例。A组产妇给予0.075%罗哌卡因、B组给予0.1%罗哌卡因、C组给予0.125%罗哌卡因、D组给予0.15%罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼进行硬膜外自控镇痛。比较四组给药后VAS评分、运动阻滞评分及不良反应发生率。结果给药后6、12、24及48 h,B、C及D组VAS评分显著低于A组(P<0.05);D组术后4～24 h运动障碍评分显著高于A、B及C组(P<0.05);四组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 0.1%及0.125%罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼用于硬膜外自控镇痛分娩临床疗效好,且不增加不良反应。

Efficacy evaluation of different concentrations ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in parturient controlled epidural analgesia

Objective To explore the efficacy of different concentrations ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in parturient controlled epidural analgesia.Methods 200 parturient women scheduled for controlled epidural analgesia were randomly divided into four groups with 50 cases in each group.Group A received ropivacaine 0.075% combined with sufentanil,group B received ropicacaine 0.1% combined with sufentanil,group C received ropicacaine 0.125% combined with sufentanil and group D received ropicacaine 0.15% combined with sufentanil.VAS score,the motor block score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared among four groups.Results VAS scores on 6,12,24 and 48 h after treatment in group B,group C and group D were much lower than those of group A(P<0.05);The motor block score in group D was much higher than that of group A,group B and group C(P<0.05);There was no significant difference among four groups(P>0.05).Conclusion 0.1% and 0.125% ropivacaine combined with sufentanil is effective and safe for parturient controlled epidural analgesia.
