复方甘草酸苷治疗手部湿疹的疗效观察

目的观察复方甘草酸苷片治疗手部湿疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法门诊就诊的60例手部湿疹患者,按1：1随机分为2纽。治疗组按疗程口服复方甘草酸苷片,对照组采用复方倍他米松注射液双佣合谷封闭,每月1次,2组均外用尿素乳膏,bid,4周后评价疗效。结果2组与治疗前相比,疗效均有显著性（治疗姐P〈0．05,对照纽P〈0．01）。治疗组与对照组总的有效率分别为90％和70％．2组相比。治疗纽较对照组疗效更佳（P〈0．01）。2组患者均无里著的不良反应。结论复方甘草酸苷片疗效显著,不良反应较少,是目前治疗手部湿疹疗效好的药物。

Effect of Compoud Glycyrrhizin Tablets in Ttreating Patients with Hand Eczema

Objective To observe the effect and safety of compoud glycyrrhizin tablets in treating patients with hand eczema. Methods 60 patients with hand eczema were divided into two groups, the treating group and the control group, randomly. They were treated with compoud glycyrrhizin tablets in the treating group and with betamethason copound injection injected in the point Hegu bilaterally in the control group monthly. Patients in both groups were treated with topical application of urea crcam twice daily simultaneously with compoud glycyrrhizin tablets or betamethason copound injection.The results were evaluated four weeks after treatment. Results Patients in the treating group and the control group were significantly improved compared with the condition before treatment（P〈0.05 and P〈0.01 respectively）. The total effective rates were 90% in the treating group and 70% in the control group,No severe side effect was observed in the study.Conclusion Compoud glycyrrhizin tablet is effective and safe in treating patients with hand eczema, and it is a good choice for these patientS.
