丙硫咪唑治疗后绵羊细粒棘球蚴囊壁的透射电镜观察

透射电镜观察到丙硫咪唑治疗后绵羊原发性细粒棘球蚴囊壁角质层疏松,局域性坏死;生发膜皮层区微绒毛脱落或消失,远端胞浆中出现巨大空泡;生发膜细胞胞浆疏松,细胞器排列紊乱,微管局限性扩张、破裂,线粒体空泡化,高尔基复合体解体,核膜完整性受损,溶酶体增大、增多。提示丙硫咪唑对绵羊原发性细粒棘球蚴有广泛的细胞内效应。

TRANSMISSION ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC OBSERVATION OF THE PRIMARY ECHINOCOCCUS GRANULOSUS IN SHEEP AFTER ALBENDAZOLE TREATMENT

The ultrastructural changes of laminated layer and germinal membrane of sheep hydatid cysts treated with albendazole were observed by means of transmission electron microscopy. Cysts from the albendazole-treated sheep were shown to have loosen base and regional necrosis in laminated layer. And sheding or disappearance of microtriches, increase in vacuolization of tegument of the germinal membrane, disturbance in the arrangement of organelles, dilatation and aisrupion,or disappearance of microtubules, increase in size and number lysosomes, decrease in number of Golgi bodies, vacuolization of mitochondria, damages of nucleus membrane, etc. were all observed. It seems clear tnat albendazole has a profound intracellar effect on germinal membrane of primary Echinococcus granulosus cysts in sheep.
