米非司酮结合中药治疗异位妊娠的临床研究

目的 :研究米非司酮结合中药治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法 :对 5 8例未破裂及流产型输卵管妊娠采用米非司酮结合中药治疗 ,并对 44例进行了随访。结果 :采用此种方法治疗5 8例异位妊娠 ,成功 5 6例 ,失败 2例 ,成功率为 96 5 5 % ,包块完全消失时间平均 38 5d(35～42d) ,5 6例中有 44例于第 1次月经恢复后行输卵管通液术 ,2 7例为双侧输卵管通畅 (占6 1 36 % ) ,9例一侧输卵管通畅 (占 2 0 45 % ) ,8例双侧输卵管不通畅 (占 1 8 1 8% ) ,有 1 2例宫内妊娠。结论 :通过临床观察表明 ,用此种方法治疗异位妊娠成功率高 ,副作用小 ,疗效可靠 ,能保留病变部位功能

Clinical Study of Mifepristone Combined with Chinese Traditional Medicine to Treat Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective:To study the effect of Mifepristone combined with Chinese traditional medicine to treat ectopic pregnancy.Method 58 cases of un-rupture and abortion tubal pregnancy patients were treated with Mifepristone and combined with Chinese traditional medicine and 44 cases among then were followed up.Results:The successful rate of this method was 96.55% with 56 case success and 2 failure.The average time of mass disappear was 38.5 d 44 among 56 cases were performed hydrotubation after first menstruation recovered.The tubal patent test was well in 27 cases at bilateral,9 at one side, 8 tubal obstruction and 12 uterine pregnancy.Conclusion:The successful rate of this method to treat ectopic pregnancy might be higher and curative effect could be reliable with less side effect that could maintain the functions of lesion.
