2010年泗洪县重点地区碘营养监测报告

摘    要:目的了解泗洪县碘缺乏病防制重点地区碘盐食用情况及特殊人群碘营养状况,查找防制过程中存在的问题和薄弱环节,及时调整干预措施。方法对该县重点地区居民户食用碘盐含量进行抽样监测,同时随机采集部分学龄儿童和育龄妇女尿样,进行碘含量监测。结果共检测盐样300份,碘盐覆盖率为95%,碘盐合格率为97.89%;儿童尿样49份,尿碘范围为15.4~264.2μg/L,50μg/L有9份;育龄妇女尿样50份,尿碘范围为15.1~308.7μg/L,50μg/L有7份。结论目前,泗洪县已基本控制碘缺乏危害,但部分地区仍存在非碘盐和不合格碘盐,部分学龄儿童和育龄妇女仍存在缺碘问题,影响消除碘缺乏病进程。

Abstract:[Objective]To understand the consumption rate of iodized salt in high-risk areas of the iodine deficiency disorders and iodine nutrition status of special population,find the problems and weak links in the prention and control,so as to adjust intervention measures.[Methods]The contents of edible iodized salt of households in high-risk areas of Sihong County were sampled and monitored.Meanwhile,the urine samples of some school-age children and reproductive women were collected ramdonly,and the iodine content was detected.[Results]A total of 300 iodized salt samples were tested,the coverage rate of iodized salt was 95%,and the qualified rate of iodized salt was 97.89%.In 49 urine samples of children,the urine iodine values ranged from 15.4 μg/L to 264.2 μg/L,and urine iodine values of 9 samples were lower than 50 μg/L.In 50 urine samples of reproductive women,the urine iodine values ranged from 15.1 μg/L to 308.7 μg/L,and urine iodine values of 7 samples were lower than 50 μg/L.[Conclusion]At present,the harm of iodine deficiency in Sihong County has basically been controlled.But there still are non-iodized salt and unqualified iodized salt in some areas,and iodine deficiency occurs in some school-age children and reproductive women,which influence the process of iodine deficiency elimination.
