脑外伤患者心理卫生的调查研究

目的 探讨脑外伤患者的心理卫生及其临床特征的关系。方法 对60例脑外伤后非手术治疗的门诊或住院患者进行症状自评量表(SCL—90)评定，并与常模比较。结果 脑外伤患者的SCL—90总分、阳性项目数及各项因子分均高于常模，总分、躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对因子分升高较明显。SCL—90总分及阳性项目数与患者的文化程度、受伤部位、受伤方式、损伤性质及是否伴有颅神经损伤相关。结论 脑外伤对患者的心理健康有一定的影响，主要表现为躯体不适感、抑郁及焦虑，提示对于脑外伤患者应重视其外伤后的心理状态，及时给予适当的心理干预。

An Investigation of the Psychological Health of the Traumatic Brain Injury Patients

Objective To explore psychological change in traumatic brain injury(TBI) patients, and investigate the relation between the change and the patients' clinical features. Methods 60 cases of TB1 in-patients or outpatients were tested by Symptom Check List(SCL - 90) two weeks after the injury. then compared with the normal. Results The total scores and the factorial scores of SCL - 90 after the injury in TBI patients were all higher than the normal scores, especially in somatization, obsession, depression, anxiety and hostility factors The higher score is related with the education level of patients,the injury site,the injury way, the features of injury and cranial nerve paralysis or not. Conclusions Brain injury influence the psychological health of TBI patients and most patients felt uncomfortable,depressive and anxious. So more attention should be paid to the TBI patients and early psychological intervention may be effective to improve the quality of TBI patients' life.
