摘    要:目的报告闭合复位经皮穿针以相邻掌骨为支架治疗掌骨骨折。方法采用闭合复位经皮穿针以相邻掌骨为支架治疗相邻掌骨间单一性骨折、相邻掌骨间多发性骨折和第一掌骨基底部骨折,共68例87处,其中开放性骨折32例45处,闭合性骨折36例42处。结果平均随访10个月,3个月后愈合率为96.6%;所有指关节活动功能按TAM标准评定,优良率98.9%。结论闭合复位经皮穿针以相邻掌骨为支架治疗掌骨骨折固定可靠,可早期进行功能锻炼。

Abstract:Objective To report the close reduction and K wire fixation involving the border metacarpus in treatment of metacarpus fractures. Methods 68 cases(87 locations) of metacarpus fractures were treated with close reduction and K wire fixation involving the border metacarpus and with early recovery movement.There were 32 cases (45 locations) of open fracture, and 36 cases (42 locations) of close fracture. Results All the patients were followed up for a mean time of 10 months.96.6% of the patients got bone union within 3 months . According to the standard of TAM,98.8% of patients got good function. Conclusion The treatment of metacarpus fractures by close reduction and K wire fixation involving the border metacarpus is of significant value due to the advantages of rigid fixation and early movement.
