胆系阻塞性疾患X线与超声显象诊断

本文对85例病理证实的胆系阻塞性疾患的X线与超声显象诊断进行了研究。口服加静脉胆囊造影对胆石症诊断符合率为58.5％,而PTC及B超诊断符合率为84％,累及胆道之恶性肿瘤由于多形成胆道完全性阻塞,以PTC、B超检查较优越,不仅能显示肝内外胆管扩张程度,对肿瘤部位的诊断也有一定价值。

DIAGNOSIS OF OBSTRUCTIVE BILIARY TRACT DISEASES BY X-RAY AND B-TYPE ULTRASONOGRAPHY

Diagnosis of 85 cases with obstructive biliary tract diseases confirmed by pathology was studied by X-ray and B-type ultrasonography. The accuracy of diagnosis by oral cholecystography and intravenous cholangiography in cholecystolithiasis is 58.5%, and that by PTC and B-type ultrasonography is 84%. The latter is apparently superior to the former. The PTC and B-type ultrasonography should be first selected in diagnosing the disease of malignant tumor which leads to the complete obstruction of the bile duct. They may not only show the extensive degree of the bile ductin and out of the liver but also the obstructive position of the tumor.
