乳腺癌组织中Snail、Bcl-2 的表达水平及其临床意义

摘    要:目的 探讨乳腺癌组织中Snail 和Bcl-2 蛋白的表达水平与临床病理特征及预后的相关性。方法 使用免疫组织化学法分析2010 ~ 2015 年在该院就诊的92 例乳腺癌患者的癌组织中Snail 和Bcl-2 蛋白表达水平,分析2 种蛋白表达的相关性,以及两者与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果 乳腺癌组织中Snail 高表达率为62.5%,Bcl-2 低表达率为57.6%,与癌旁组织蛋白表达率比较有差异(P <0.05),乳腺癌组织中Snail 与Bcl-2 呈负相关(P <0.05);Snail 表达水平与组织学分级、淋巴结是否转移、雌激素受体(ER)及孕激素受体(PR)表达有相关性(P <0.05),Bcl-2 表达水平与肿瘤大小、ER 及PR 有相关性(P <0.05);低表达Snail 乳腺癌患者无瘤生存率为87.5%,死亡1 例;高表达Snail 乳腺癌患者无瘤生存率为78.3%,死亡5 例,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);高表达Bcl-2 乳腺癌患者无瘤生存率为87.2%,死亡1 例,低表达Bcl-2 乳腺癌患者无瘤生存率为77.4%,死亡5 例,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 Snail 表达水平与乳腺癌进展呈正相关,Bcl-2 表达水平与乳腺癌进展呈负相关,而高表达Snail 和低表达Bcl-2 患者预后较差。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expressions of Snail and Bcl-2 in breast cancers and their correlationswith clinicopathological features and prognosis. Methods The expressions of Snail and Bcl-2 proteins in 92 patientswith breast cancers treated in our hospital from 2010 to 2015 were analyzed by immunohistochemical method. Thecorrelation between Snail and Bcl-2 protein expressions was analyzed, and their relationships with clinicopathologicalfeatures and prognosis were analyzed. Results The high expression rate of Snail was 62.5% and the low expressionrate of Bcl-2 was 57.6% in the breast cancer tissues, which were significantly higher than those in the paracanceroustissues (P < 0.05). There was a negative correlation between Snail and Bcl-2 expressions in the breast cancer tissues(r = -0.519). In addition, the expression level of Snail was correlated with pathological stage, lymph node metastasisand the positive expressions of estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) (P < 0.05); the expression ofBcl-2 was correlated with histological grade, ER and PR (P < 0.05). In the breast cancer patients with low expressionof Snail, the disease-free survival rate was 87.5%, 1 case died; while in the breast cancer patients with high expressionof Snail, the disease-free survival rate was 78.3% , 5 cases died; the differences were significant (P < 0.05). Thedisease-free survival rate of the breast cancer patients with high expression of Bcl-2 was 87.2%, 1 case died; whilethe disease-free survival rate of the breast cancer patients with low expression of Bcl-2 was 77.4%, 5 cases died, therewere statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusions Snail and breast cancer progression are positively correlated, Bcl-2 and breast cancer progression are negatively correlated. The patients with high expression of Snail and low expression of Bcl-2 have poor prognosis.
