Th17、IL-17 在长程持续性心房颤动中的作用机制

摘    要:目的 探讨外周血中辅助性T 细胞17(Th17)及其细胞因子在长程持续性心房颤动(以下简称房颤)中的作用机制。方法 回顾性收集2017 年1 月-2017 年12 月该院收治的长程持续性房颤患者的临床资料,将该50 例作为观察组,选取同期健康成人50 例作为对照组。观察两组外周血中Th17 及其细胞因子表达水平,并进一步分析长程持续性房颤患者Th17、白介素-17(IL-17)与临床特征的相关性。结果 与对照组比较,观察组Th17、IL-17 升高(P <0.05)。合并高血压患者的Th17 水平高于未合并高血压患者(P <0.05);合并高血压或糖尿病房颤患者的IL-17 水平高于未合并患者(P <0.05)。长程持续性房颤患者Th17、IL-17与左室内射血分数呈负相关(r =-0.212 和-0.209,P =0.021 和0.028)。结论 长程持续性房颤患者外周血中Th17、IL-17 升高,与高血压、糖尿病和心功能不全有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the mechanism of T helper cell 17 (Th17) and its cytokines of peripheralblood in long-standing persistent atrial fibrillation. Methods From January to December 2017, 50 patients withlong-standing persistent atrial fibrillation in our hospital were selected as an observation group, and 50 healthyadults were served as a control group. The expression levels of Th17 and its cytokines were observed in bothgroups, and the correlations of Th17 and interleukin -17 (IL-17) with clinical characteristics of the patients werefurther analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the Th17 and IL-17 increased in the observation group(P < 0.05). Th17 in the patients with long-standing persistent atrial fibrillation complicated with hypertension washigher than that of the patients without hypertension (P < 0.05). IL-17 in the patients with long-standing persistentatrial fibrillation complicated with hypertension or diabetes was higher than that of the patients without hypertensionor diabetes (P < 0.05). Th17 and IL-17 in the patients with long-standing persistent atrial fibrillation were negativelycorrelated with left ventricular ejection fraction (r = -0.212 and -0.209, P = 0.021 and 0.028). Conclusions Theincrease of Th17 and IL-17 in the peripheral blood of the patients with long-standing persistent atrial fibrillation isrelated to hypertension, diabetes and cardiac insufficiency.
