三阴性乳腺癌的多模态影像表现

目的 探讨常规超声结合弹性成像、钼靶X 射线多模态影像学对三阴性乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析63 例三阴性乳腺癌的常规超声、弹性成像及钼靶X 射线表现，比较超声结合弹性成像和钼靶X射线诊断三阴性乳腺癌的临床价值，分析两者联合诊断三阴性乳腺癌的准确性。结果 超声结合弹性成像、钼靶X 射线及两者联合对三阴性乳腺癌的诊断符合率分别为84.1%、77.80% 和92.1%。乳腺超声结合弹性成像与钼钯X 射线表现比较，超声对三阴性乳腺癌的诊断符合率高，两种影像检查相结合时对三阴性乳腺癌的诊断符合率高于单独使用超声及钼钯X 射线时。结论 多模态影像有利于提高三阴性乳腺癌的诊断率。

Multimodal imaging of triple-negative breast carcinoma

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of conventional ultrasonography combined withelastography and mammography in multimodal imaging of triple-negative breast carcinoma. Methods Themanifestations of conventional ultrasonogram, elastogram and mammogram in 63 cases of triple-negative breastcarcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical value of ultrasonography combined with elastography andmammography in diagnosis of triple-negative breast carcinoma was compared. The accuracy of combined diagnosisfor triple-negative breast carcinoma was analyzed. Results The accordance rates of ultrasonography combinedwith elastography, mammography and their combination for diagnosis of thriple-negative breast cancer were 84.1%,77.80% and 92.1% respectively. Compared with mammography, the diagnosis accuracy of ultrasonography inthriple-negative breast cancer was higher. When the two images were combined, the diagnostic accuracy for thethriple-negative breast cancer was higher than that of single use of ultrasonography or mammography. ConclusionsMultimodal imaging is helpful to improve the diagnostic rate of triple-negative breast carcinoma.
