突触融合蛋白6 与突触融合蛋白8 的表达 在胃癌预后中的价值

目的 分析突触融合蛋白6（STX6）和突触融合蛋白8（STX8）在胃癌中与临床病理特征的关系， 评价STX6 和STX8 对胃癌的预后价值。方法 利用Kaplan-Meier plotter（KM plotter）在线数据库收集882 例胃 癌患者病理信息，分析STX6、STX8 表达与胃癌患者预后的关系。结果 STX6 mRNA 高表达与胃癌患者较好的 总生存期（OS）相关（P <0.05），风险比H^R=0.70（95%CI ：0.57，0.86）]。STX6 mRNA 表达与胃癌患者 的Lauren 分型中混合型、淋巴结转移状态、无远处转移及HER2 状况相关（P <0.05）。STX8 mRNA 高表达 与胃癌患者较好的OS 相关（P <0.05），风险比H^R=0.75（95%CI ：0.63，0.89）]。STX8 mRNA 表达与胃癌 患者的临床分级的Ⅱ级和Ⅳ级、Lauren 分型中肠型和弥漫型、无远处转移及HER2 阴性相关（P <0.05）。结 论 利用在线数据库，发现STX6、STX8 mRNA 的表达水平与胃癌患者的预后密切相关，高表达的患者预后 更好，可以作为胃癌潜在的预后指标进行研究。

Roles of expressions of Syntaxin 6 and Syntaxin 8 mRNAs in evaluation of prognosis of gastric cancer

Objective To explore the expressions of Syntaxin 6 (STX6) and Syntaxin 8 (STX8) in gastric cancer and their clinical significance, and to evaluate their value in prediction of prognosis. Methods STX6 and STX8 expressions and clinicopathological information of 882 gastric cancer patients were collected from Kaplan- Meier plotter (KM plotter) online database, and the correlations of STX6 and STX8 expressions with the prognosis of gastric cancer were explored using KM plotter. Results The high expression of STX6 mRNA was associated with longer overall survival (OS) of the patients with gastric cancer (P < 0.05). The high expression of STX6 mRNA was closely related to mixed type of Lauren, lymph node metastasis, no distant metastasis and HER2 status in the gastric cancer patients (P < 0.05). The high expression of STX8 mRNA was associated with longer OS of the patients with gastric cancer (P < 0.05). The high expression of STX8 mRNA was closely related to clinical stage II and stage IV, instestinal type and diffuse type of Lauren, no distant metastasis and negative HER2 in the gastric cancer patients (P < 0.05). Conclusions The expressions of STX6 and STX8 are closely related to the prognosis of gastric cancer patients, and the patients with high expression of STX6 and STX8 have better prognosis. STX6 and STX8 may be used as potential prognostic indicators for gastric cancer.
