| 摘 要： | 慢性再生障碍性贫血的病机"虚"、"瘀"、"郁"并见,表现为肾、脾、肝三脏之虚,以肾虚为本;久病肝木失调气机不得升发而为郁;气虚与气机郁滞均可使血行不畅而致瘀。治疗宜补肾之阴阳与肾精的不足,同时重视疏调肝木,活血化瘀,三者兼顾,促进机体生髓化血功能的恢复。
