临床药师对儿科门冬氨酸钾镁注射液临床应用的干预作用

[摘要] 目的:探讨临床药师对儿科门冬氨酸钾镁注射液临床应用的干预效果,以进一步促进门冬氨酸钾镁注射液的合理使用。方法:收集医院信息系统中 2011 年 9 月至 2012 年 12 月(临床药师干预前)以及 2013 年 7 月至 2015 年 12 月(临床药师干预后)应用门冬氨酸钾镁注射液的住院病例相关信息,比较干预前后该药使用情况的变化。 结果:儿科门冬氨酸钾镁注射液的不合理使用主要表现为属通报废止适应证不适宜、用药途径不当、配伍用药不当;经临床药师的合理干预后,门冬氨酸钾镁注射液在属通报废止适应证用药、配伍不合理方面与干预前比较明显改善。 结论:临床药师对儿科门冬氨酸钾镁注射液临床不合理应用的干预有效,但仍需持续干预。

Pharmacist Intervention on Rational Use of Potassium Magnesium Aspartate in Pediatrics

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the intervention effect of clinical pharmacists in potassium magnesium aspartate injection for pediatricapplications, and promote the rational use of potassium magnesium aspartate. Methods: All pediatric cases using potassium magnesiumaspartate of inpatients through the HIS system from Sep. 2011 to Dec. 2012 (before intervention) and from July 2013 to December 2015(after intervention) were collected and analyzed. The situation of medication before and after the intervention was compared. Results:Unreasonable use of potassium magnesium aspartate mainly included irrational indications, route of administration and combinationmedication. After intervention, these situations were improvement. Conclusion: The intervention of clinical pharmacists in the use ofpotassium magnesium aspartate is effective, which should be performed continuously
