电针治疗围绝经期轻中度抑郁障碍患者的疗效分析

目的 观察电针治疗围绝经期轻中度抑郁障碍患者的临床疗效。方法 将60 例符合纳入标准的围绝经期轻中度抑郁障碍患者随机分为药物对照组（口服草酸艾司西酞普兰）和电针组，各30 例，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）进行疗效评估。结果 经过12 周的治疗，2 种治疗方法对围绝经期轻中度抑郁障碍患者均有显著疗效，电针组总有效率高于药物对照组（P <0.05）；电针组HAMD-17 总分低于药物对照组（P <0.05）；电针组抑郁症状、入睡困难症状评分较药物对照组低（P <0.05）。结论 电针可有效干预围绝经期轻中度抑郁障碍，改善患者临床症状，提高生活质量。

Clinical observation on electroacupuncture treatment for mild tomoderate depression in peri-menopausal period

Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture (EA) treatment for mild to moderatedepression in peri-menopausal period. Methods Sixty patients diagnosed with mild to moderate depression in perimenopausalperiod were randomized into EA group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30, with oral administrationof Escitalopram Oxalate Tablets). The curative effect was evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17).Results After 12-week treatment, the two treatment methods had significant effect on the patients. In the drugcontrol group, 6 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases were effective, 12 cases were ineffective, the total effectiverate was 60%. In the EA group, 25 cases were markedly effective, 2 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, thetotal effective rate was 90%, the EA group was significantly superior to the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment,the total scores of HAMD-17 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the totalscore of HAMD-17 in the EA group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The improvement degree ofthe scores of depression symptom and difficulty in falling asleep in the EA group was significantly different from thatin the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions EA treatment can effectively interfere with mild to moderate depressionin peri-menopausal period, improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life.
