鼻内镜下鼻前庭囊肿切除术

目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻前庭囊肿切除术在鼻前庭囊肿治疗中的可行性、手术要点及临床疗效。方法对2014年3月~2016年3月收治的36例鼻前庭囊肿患者进行鼻内镜下鼻前庭囊肿切除，观察手术所需时间、出血量、术后并发症、住院时间、术后随访及治疗效果等。结果36例鼻前庭囊肿患者均在鼻内镜下行鼻前庭囊肿完整切除，手术时间短，出血少，术后无上唇麻木肿胀，随访6~24个月无复发、无前鼻孔狭窄等。结论鼻内镜下鼻前庭囊肿切除术临床疗效确切，无复发，操作简便，创伤轻微，值得推广应用。

Endoscopic resection of nasal vestibule cyst

ObjectiveTo investigate the feasibility, surgical principles and clinical efficacy of endoscopic resection of nasal vestibule cyst.MethodsClinical data of 36 patients suffering from nasal vestibule cyst receiving endoscopic resection in our department from March 2014 to March 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. The evaluated data included surgical time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative complications, hospitalized stays, and follow up results.ResultsThe nasal vestibule cysts were completely resected through nasal endoscope in all 36 cases, with short operational time and less bleeding. No numbness and swelling of the upper lip was observed after operation. Neither recurrence nor anterior nostril stenosis occurred for following up ranged from 6 to 24 months.ConclusionWith advantages of definite clinical effect, relapse free, easy operation and slight trauma, endoscopic resection of nasal vestibule cyst is worth popularizing.
