目的 探讨体重管理干预对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法 选取肥胖型PCOS 患者70 例，按照患者是否愿意接受体重管理，将其分为干预组和对照组，分别测定并分析两组患者0、15、30 及45 d 干预糖脂代谢指标。结果 ①干预后不同时间点的TG、TC、FPG、2 h PPG、FINS及PINS 比较有差异（P <0.05）；②两组患者干预后的TG、TC、2 h PPG、FINS 及PINS 比较有差异（P <0.05）；③两组患者的TG、TC、2 h PPG 及PINS 变化趋势比较有差异（P <0.05）。结论 肥胖型PCOS 患者在药物治疗的基础上实施体重管理，能更有效地改善患者糖脂代谢异常，增强药物疗效。

Effect of weight management intervention on glucose and lipidmetabolisms in obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To explore the effect of weight management on the glucose and lipid metabolisms inthe obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods A total of 70 obese women with PCOS weredivided into two groups with the control group administered by Metformin and the intervention group managedwith weight management in addition to Metformin. The glucose and lipid metabolism indicators were measured andcompared on day 0, 15, 30 and 45. Results The levels of TG, TC, FPG, 2hPPG, FINS and PINS after interventionhad significant differences at different time points (P < 0.05). The levels of TG, TC, 2hPPG, FINS and PINS afterintervention had significant differences between the 2 groups (P < 0.05). The variation trends of TG, TC, 2hPPG andPINS had significant differences between the 2 groups (P < 0.05). Conclusions The weight management on the basisof drug therapy for the obese patients with PCOS can significantly improve the metabolic disorders and enhance theeffect of drug therapy.
