盆腔器官脱垂与COL3A1基因多态性的Meta分析

摘    要:背景 一些学者研究表明,胶原蛋白类型3α1(COL3A1)rs180025与盆腔器官脱垂的发生有一定关联性,而另外一些学者则持相反的意见。目的 评估COL3A1基因多态性是否为盆腔器官脱垂发生的危险因素。方法 从多个数据库包括Medline、Embase、万方、中国知网等检索相关文章,语言和国家不限,但所选文章均为病例对照研究。提取数据并采取RevMan5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入1274名参与者(701例病例和573例对照)。等位基因A vs G: OR=0.98, 95%CI 0.67,1.43, P=0.92;纯合子模型AA vs GG, OR=1.51, 95%CI 0.47,4.82, P=0.48;杂合子模型GA vs GG: OR=0.89,95%CI 0.69,0.14,P=0.37;显性模型GA+AA vs GG: OR=092, 95%CI 0.63,1.33, P=0.65; 隐性模型AA vs GA+AA: OR=1.64, 95%CI 0.54,4.95, P=0.38。结论 COL3A1基因的多态性与盆腔器官脱垂的发生无明显相关性,但盆腔器官脱垂的发生可能和种族有关。
