盐酸伐昔洛韦联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗疱疹性口炎的疗效分析

摘要] 目的:评价盐酸伐昔洛韦颗粒剂联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗儿童疱疹性口炎的临床疗效。 方法:选择2015 年 7 月至 2016 年6 月在湖南省儿童医院口腔科就诊符合条件的患儿 84 例,随机分成两组各 42 例,试验组采用盐酸伐昔洛韦颗粒剂联合开喉剑治 疗,对照组采用利巴韦林颗粒剂联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗,疗程 7 d,比较两组患儿的治疗有效率。 结果:治疗第 4 天及第 7 天试验组的总有效率分别为90郾 5% 、95郾 2% ,对照组总有效率分别为 66郾 7% 、81郾 0% ,试验组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论:盐酸伐昔洛韦颗粒剂联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗疱疹性口炎具有良好的临床疗效,值得在临床推广使用。

Therapeutic Effect of Valaciclovir Hydrochloride Combined with Kaihoujian Spray in the Treatment of Herpetic Stomatitis

Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of valaciclovir hydrochloride combined with Kaihoujian spray in the treatment of herpetic stomatitis. Methods: Eighty-four cases from stomatology department of Hunan Children''s Hospital from 2015 to 2016 were chosen and randomly divided into two groups. Test group was treated with valaciclovir hydrochloride combined with Kaihoujian spray and the control group was treated with ribavirin granules combined with Kaihoujian spray. The efficacy was analyzed by contrast for seven days. Results: After treatment of the 4th and 7th day, comparing the two groups, the total effective rates of test group (90.5% , 95.2% ) were much higher than control group (66.7% , 81.0% ), and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion: Valaciclovir hydrochloride combining Kaihoujian spray has a good clinical effect in treatment of herpetic stomatitis, and can promote use in clinical treatment.
