摘    要:目的 探讨2 型糖尿病(T2DM)周围神经病变(DPN)患者与外周血25- 羟维生素D325-(OH)D3] 和CD4+ 调节性T 细胞(Tregs)的关系。方法 收集42 例T2DM,根据临床症状、体征及电生理检查,将患者分为 28 例DPN 组和14 例非DPN 组。采用电化学发光免疫法检测T2DM DPN 组和非DPN 组外周血25-(OH)D3 水平;用流式细胞仪检测所有患者CD4+ Tregs 变化。结果 ① DPN 组25-(OH)D3 水平比非DPN 组低(P <0.05); ②两组外周血CD4+ Tregs 百分比比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),神经病变组患者低;③ T2DM DPN 组外周 血25-(OH)D3 与CD4+ Tregs 百分比呈正相关(P <0.05)。结论 25-(OH)D3 和CD4+ Tregs 可能与T2DM 患者 DPN 的发生有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate potential association between 25- hydroxyvitamin D3 25-(OH) D3] , CD4+ regulatory T cells (Tregs) in peripheral blood and patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods A total of 42 cases with type 2 diabetes were enrolled into the study; 28 patients were identified as DPN and 14 cases as non-DPN according to clinical symptoms, signs and electrophysiological tests. Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay was performed to measure the peripheral blood 25- (OH) D3. CD4+ Tregs cells was measured by flow cytometry. Results Serum levels of 25- (OH) D3 decreased significantly in DPN group when compared with non-DPN (P < 0.05). Percentage of CD4+ Tregs decreased significantly in DPN group when compared with non- DPN (P < 0.05). Positive correlation between 25- (OH) D3 and percentage of CD4+ Tregswas identified (P < 0.05). Conclusions Peripheral blood 25- (OH) D3 and the percentage of CD4+ Tregs may be related with the occurrence of DPN in patients with T2DM.
