| 摘 要： | 近年来，脓毒症早期诊断和预后的生物标志物研究备受关注。当前大多数生物标志物敏感性和特异性不足，缺乏研究证据。该文就常见生物标志物及组合在脓毒症早期诊断及预后判断中的应用价值进行综述，以期为临床提供参考。

| Abstract: | Biomarkers for early diagnosis and prognosis of sepsis have attracted much attention recently,but most of them are lack of sensitivity and specificity, and also lack of research evidence. This article reviews theapplication of common biomarkers and their combinations in early diagnosis and prognosis prediction of sepsis inorder to provide reference for clinical practice. |
