| 摘 要： | 目的考察9种药材中氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯的残留量。方法利用气相色谱(GC-ECD)分析方法测定药材中除虫菊酯类农药的残留量。结果川芎等8种药材中除虫菊酯类农药的残留量较低,低于相关农药的含量标准。结论测定结果表明该法操作简便,分离效果好,符合农药残留分析要求。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo determine the residues of cypermethrin and fenvalerate in nine medical materials.MethodsThe contents of residue of cypermethrin and fenvalerate were determined by gas chromatography.ResultsThe contents of residue in eight medical materials were very low,which is fit for relative standard of residue of pesticides.ConclusionThis method has easy operation,high sensitivity and selectivity. |
