| 摘 要： | 总结了四肢长骨干股折不愈合26例临床资料,分析不愈合的原因与损伤性质、程度、感染、固定不牢等因素有关。以固定不牢为主要原因占46.2%。经手术治疗愈合率94.2%。作者认为骨不愈合治疗还是以手术固定、植骨、外固定及功能锻炼为主要手段,对感染及骨缺损者同样可获得骨愈合。

| Abstract: | The report summarized the un-union of long bone fracture of limbs materials of 26 cases including the reason and charact,degree,infection,fixation factors.The unstable fixation was about 46.2% and operative curative rate was 94.2%.The main methods were operative fixation,transplantation, external fixation and functional exercise as well as infection and bone defect. |
