| Abstract: | To compare the results of PSA,CA125,CA153 and CA199 measured by two determination methods,the serum PSA,CA125,CA153 and CA199 were determined by Radio Immunoassay and Micro particle Enzyme Immunoassay respectively and the results were analyzed based on EP9-A2 regulation.The results showed that the measurement results of PSA,CA125,CA153 and CA199 by two methods had a good linear correlation with the square of the correlation coefficient more than 0.95.The systemic error of PSA and CA153 were less than medical decision level,and the systemic error of CA125 and CA199 were more than medical decision level.The results indicate that the comparability of PSA and CA153 are clinical acceptable and the comparability of CA125 and CA199 are not accepted. |
