老年糖尿病患者胰岛素自我注射技能社区护理干预效果研究

目的:探讨提高和改善老年糖尿病患者胰岛素自我注射技能知识水平和行为的社区护理干预方法,并对干预效果作出评价。方法:选取使用胰岛素笔进行自我注射的社区老年糖尿病患者107例,分别于干预前、干预后采用自行设计的调查问卷进行效果评定。结果:患者接受社区护理干预3个月后,在胰岛素笔自我注射技能、消毒用物取用和保存相关知识和行为、胰岛素笔用针头的使用和处理相关知识和行为条目中,大部分回答正确率较干预前均提高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:采取符合老年人特点,全面、细致且反复强化的社区护理干预方法,能较好地促进患者对胰岛素笔注射技能相关知识的理解和掌握,确保治疗效果,提高生活质量。

Effects of community nursing intervention on novopen self injection technique among senile diabetes patients

Objectives:To explore the appropriate community nursing intervention method to improve the knowledge and behavior of novopen self injection technique among senile diabetes patients,and to evaluate its effect.Methods:We recruited 107 senile diabetes patients who injected insulin by novopen by themselves in community.The patients were evaluated by self-designed questionnaire before and after nursing intervention.Results:Patients’ knowledge and behavior of,novopen self injection technique,taking and keeping disinfectant appliance,and most items of novopen pinhead usage and treatment were significantly improved after three months intervention (P<0.05/0.01).Conclusion:We could adopt the all-around,meticulous and repeatedly strengthened community nursing intervention method according to the characteristics of the elderly to improve the understanding and grasping of novopen injection technique knowledge which could ensure the hypoglycemic effect and enhance their quality of life.
