循证眼科学防治青少年低度近视眼的实验研究

目的 运用循证眼科学（Evidence-Based Ophthalmology,EBO）对中西医结合防治近视眼的可行性及优势进行评估。方法 运用现代最先进的近视治疗结合meta分析法对10篇中西医结合治疗近视眼文献,随机对照研究进行了系统评价,并通过中西医结合、中医及西医的方法针对160名青少年近视进行预防及治疗。结果 中西医结合、中医及西医的方法针对160名青少年近视进行预防及治疗,发现中西医结合防治近视眼与单纯用中医及西医的方法防治近视的治愈率有显著性差异,有效率有显著性差异。结论 中西医结合防治近视的效果明显好于单纯用中医及西医的方法防治近视。

Experimental investigation of prevention and treatment of youth myopia

Objective To evaluate the advantages and possibility for using of Evidence-Based Ophthalmology on the prevention and treatment of myopia by the Chinese medicine integrated western medicine. Methods By using the most advanced modern Myopia combined with meta-analysis of 10 of Integrative Medicine in the treatment of myopia literature, randomized controlled study to evaluate the system and, through combining traditional Chinese and western medicine, Chinese medicine and Western medicine approach for 160 young people for the prevention and treatment of myopia. Results Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine, Chinese medicine and Western medicine approach for 160 young people for the prevention and treatment of myopia, found in the prevention and treatment of myopia and Integrative Medicine with pure Chinese medicine and Western methods of prevention and treatment of myopia cure rate were significant different, there were significant efficiency. Conclusions Integrative Medicine in the prevention and treatment of myopia effect of significantly is better than the simple use of Chinese medicine and Western methods of myopia.
