以单纯血小板减少为早期表现的恶性疾病-附13例报道

目的：研究以单纯血小板减少为早期表现的恶性疾病。方法：对单纯血小板减少为早期表现的13例患者作了回顾性分析，结果：MM3倒，恶组1例，急性白血病M5型3例，鼻咽癌骨髓转移1例，MDS2例。肺癌3侧。结论：单纯血小板减少的恶性疾病患者有时外周血分类无特殊，对此类患者应常规骨穿加活捡，以免漏诊或误诊。

13 malignant cases displaying thrombocytopenia in earlier course of disease

Objective： 13 malignant cases displaying thrombocytopenia in earlier course of disease were retrospectively analyzed to improve the diagnostic and therapeutic level. Methods： clinical data and cellular morphologic results of in-patients who merely showed thrombocytopenia as clinical character were summarized. Results： category of these patients was showed as multiple myeloma（n=3）,malignant histocytosis（n=1）,acute myeloid leukemia-M5（n=3）,myelodysplastic syndrome（n=2）and lung cancer（n=3）. Conclusion： malignances may occasionally display no other clinical manifestations than thrombocytopenia, and so bone marrow aspiration and biopsy were performed conventionally in these patients to prevent ntis-and missed diagnosis.
