两种中药多糖对巨噬细胞超微结构影响的分析

目的：分析枸杞多糖（ＬＢＰＳ）和红毛五加多糖（ＡＧＰＳ）对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞超微结构影响。方法：ＬＢＰＳ、ＡＧＰＳ分别腹腔注射于ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ小鼠体内，１２０ｈ后取出腹腔液，分离巨噬细胞。常规扫描电镜（ＳＥＭ）、透射电镜（ＴＥＭ）标本制作，置ＪＳＭ－３５Ｇ扫描电镜和Ｈ－６００透射电镜下观察。结果：ＬＢＰＳ、ＡＧＰＳ组巨噬细胞表面微绒毛数目增多、增长、增粗，胞质内糖原颗粒增多，线粒体增大；出现大量初、次

Effect of Polysaccharides of Two Chinese Medicines on the Ultrastructure of Macrophage

Objective:Analyzing the effect of lycium barbarum polysaccharide (LBPS) and Acanthopanax Giraldilarms Polysaccharide (AGPS) on the ultramicrostructure of macrophage from mouse peritoneal cavity.Methods:Injecting LBPS and AGPS respectively into the BALB/C mice peritoneal cavity,taking out the fluid 120 hours later,isolating the macrophage and making samples for scanning electron microscopy and TEM observing under the JSM-35G and H-600.Results:The tiny villi on the surface of macrophage were increased,lengthened and thickened.The glycogen particles in LBPS and AGPS gorup were increased and chondriosome became large and lots of elementary and secondary lysosome appeared,being quite different from those of the control group,especially in the LBPS group.Conclusion:The morphology transformations of mouse macrophage potentiated with LBPS or with AGPS show basically similar.
