茶多酚对大鼠系膜细胞摄取脂蛋白a的影响

目的 探讨茶多酚对大鼠系膜细胞摄取脂蛋白a（LPa）的作用.方法以LPa刺激体外培养的大鼠系膜细胞,同时用不同浓度茶多酚干预,测定系膜细胞内总胆固醇（TC）含量;油红-O染色光镜观察细胞形态.结果LPa刺激下的系膜细胞TC含量及油红-O染色阳性细胞比例均较无LPa刺激的对照系膜细胞增高.随培养液茶多酚浓度由40ng/L～40mg/L递增,LPa刺激的系膜细胞TC含量及油红-O染色阳性细胞比例递减,呈剂量依赖性关系.结论40ng/L～40mg/L茶多酚可呈剂量依赖性抑制大鼠系膜细胞摄取Lpa.

Effect of Tea Polyphenols on Mesangial Cell of Rats Ingesting Lipoprotein a

Objective To study the effect of tea polyphenols on mesangial cell ingesting lipoprotein a(LPa).Methods Culture rats' mesangial cell in vitro,and incentive with LPa,at the same time,intervene with tea polyphenols of different density,then measure the content of total cholesterol(TC) in mesangial cell.And the cell morphous were observed by light microscope with oil red-o dyeing.Results The content of TC and the positive cells rate in oil red-o dyeing were high obviously in the mesangial cell with LPa incentiving than the comparison group.The content of TC and the positive cells rate in oil red-o dyeing reduced with the density of tea polyphenols increasing from 40ng/L ~40mg/L,which indicated the dose-dependence relation.Conclusions Mesangial cell of rats ingesting LPa can be inhibited by 40ng/L ~ 40mg/L tea polyphenols with dose-dependence relation.
