| 摘 要： | “阴阳喜怒”是中医心理护理的重要指导思想，在对“阴阳喜怒心理施护”进行长期的研究和应用后，本文通过（1）“阴阳喜怒”的源流及护理；（2）认识角度：肯定与否定的情绪评价性，正面与负面的情绪作用性，怒则气上与恐则气下的情绪空间性；（3）调护内容：以正面情绪调理负面情绪为主导方面，“辨证施护”是“阴阳喜怒”调护的核心，以怒调理过喜只是权宜之计三方面来论述“阴阳喜怒”是中医心理护理的纲领．从而促进该理论的发展和应用，使其更好地为人类的健康服务。

| Abstract: | ＂Yin Yang Xi Nu＂ is the important guiding ideology of mentality nursing in traditional Chinese medicine. After a long - term research and application of ＂psychological nursing according to Yin, Yang, Xi, and Nu＂, this article comments ＂Yin Yang Xi Nu＂ as the guiding principle of mentality nursing in traditional Chinese medicine from the following three aspects： 1 .The origin of ＂Yin Yang Xi Nu＂ and its application in nursing; 2. affirmative and negative valuation of mood, positive and negative effect of emotion, and the emotional space of anger makes gas move upward and panicky makes gas moves downward; 3. Positive mood to regulate negative mood as leading factor, and ＂differentiate nursing＂ as the core of ＂Yin Yang Xi Nu＂ |
