盐酸去甲乌药碱注射液在药物负荷核素心肌灌注显像中的有效性与安全性

摘    要:目的评价盐酸去甲乌药碱注射液和腺苷注射液在药物负荷核素心肌灌注显像中的有效性和安全性。方法 128例病人随机、单盲分为盐酸去甲乌药碱注射液组和腺苷注射液对照组,每例病人均行冠状动脉造影检查,评价试验用药和对照组药物的敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测值及阴性预测值;同时对比2种药物应用中、应用后的不良反应。结果盐酸去甲乌药碱注射液和腺苷注射液在药物负荷核素心肌灌注显像中的有效性和安全性差异无统计学意义。结论盐酸去甲乌药碱注射液具有和腺苷注射液相似的有效性和安全性。

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of the higenamine hydrochloride injection compare with the injection drug load of adenosine in the myocardial perfusion imaging.Methods This clinical research was designed as a randomized,single-blinded study.All patients were divided into test group(higenamine hydrochloride injection) and control group(the active drug adenosine).All patients underwent coronary angiography.Evaluation of test drug on sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value were performed.Adverse reactions were also observed during two drugs applicated.Results The validity and safety had no statistically significant difference between test group and control group in radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging.Conclusion Higenamine hydrochloride injection is similar on the efficacy and safety compared with the injection drug load of adenosine in the myocardial perfusion imaging.
