| 摘 要： | 目的观察西帕依固龈液治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的疗效和安全性。方法81例复发性阿弗他溃疡患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组用西帕依固龈液(41例),对照组用复方硼砂含漱液(40例),每次约5 mL,含漱3 min,每日3次,疗程均7 d。结果治疗组和对照组的有效率分别是87.8%和70.0%,经统计学分析有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2组均无明显的不良反应。结论西帕依固龈液治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of xipayi mouth rinse on recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU).MethodsEighty-one patients with RAU were randomly divided into two groups.The 41 patients in test group were treated with xipayi mouth rinse,the 40 patients in control were given with compound borax solution.Three times a day,about 5 mL each time,gargle three minutes.All the patients were treated for 7 days.ResultsThe efficiency of xipayi mouth rinse was 87.8% while the efficiency of compound borax solution was 70.0%.There were significant differences in the statistical analysis(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in two groups.ConclusionXipayi mouth rinse was an safe and effective therapy for RAU. |
